Upon the Client’s request we execute the computer simulations of the programmed driver and tasks of the robot in such programs as:

  • Roboguide
  • Robot Expert
  • ProcessSimulate

The simulations are strictly connected to programming the robot in an offline mode. After finishing a given operations we can check the behavior of the robot and its cooperation with the remaining elements of the position. Thanks to simulations we can discover and verify most of the mistakes made in offline mode.

In this phase we can conduct the optimization of the robot movements, also during the cycle. An important element here is the cooperation with the Client who lets properly decrease the cycle length and the number of movements made by the robot maintaining the high quality of its work.
